A Simple Plan: Companies

How to Impress that Important Client

It is to your best interest to impress a client that spends a lot of money with your company and keep them interested in your products and services. That is mainly because they are providing your business with a lucrative amount of money. At this point, you only want your relationship to grow but not sour.

It is no doubt that you have given your client the right impression of your company the first time you met them, and they used your product. It is also important that you keep them impressed when they visit again with your brand being at the forefront of their mind. Below are some ideas that you can use to impress them.

Clean your Office Well
The last thing that you want is inviting your client to visit your office when it is in a mess. This is why it is crucial to have it cleaned by a professional cleaner before the visit of that important client. You should also ask your employees to tidy up their workstations and get rid of any mess scattered on their desks such as loose paperwork. You can also choose to have a new office look by either installing framed pictures or getting a new plant.

Plan Ahead
It also important to have a timetable of activities that you would wish to do with your customer during the day. For example, you can schedule a morning meeting with them, breaking up for lunch before you can give them a tour of your production facilities or a demonstration of your new products and services. You can, later on, plan to have dinner with them to strengthen your social bonds.

Arrange for them to be picked and Dropped at their Hotel
If your customer is from overseas, it is an act of kindness to arrange for their transportation to and from their hotel and your facility. To completely impress them, you can have an executive chauffeur to take them around. If the cost of hiring an executive transport worries you then you shouldn’t be since the cost is not as high as hiring the same service from a local taxi firm. It gives your client a sense of status and importance and also it shows them that you are not afraid of giving them a good treat and that you value their business.

Do not be Late
It is a bugbear for any customer to have to sit around and wait for the supplier or partner organization officials to meet them. It is crucial to maintaining punctuality with both people you meet for the first time and even existing clients.

Come Prepared
It is good that you prepare in advance before they can visit. Make sure that you have all the necessary agenda items available prior the meeting.
